聚氨酯建筑密封膏属双组份反应固化型，有A、B两组份组成。A组分为乳白色或浅黄色粘稠状聚氨酯预聚体，B组分为固化剂与助剂等混合脱水而成的黑色膏状体或液体，固化后具有一定的弹性及粘结性，（A组份：B组份=10：0.8～1.2）。
