聚氨酯建筑密封膏属双组份反应固化型，有A、B两组份组成。A组分为乳白色或浅黄色粘稠状聚氨酯预聚体，B组分为固化剂与助剂等混合脱水而成的黑色膏状体或液体，固化后具有一定的弹性及粘结性，（A组份：B组份=10：0.8～1.2）。

适用范围
Applicable scope
该产品使用于土木建筑业、交通运输业、混凝土预制件等建材的连接及施工缝的填充密封。高级道路、桥梁、飞机跑道、地下管道、接头处的连接密封以及隧道和建筑物的伸缩缝与变形缝。

注意事项
Matters needing attention
一、建筑物必须保持干燥、干净、无油污。
First, the building must be dry, clean and free from oil pollution.
二、在施工前应先将底涂液涂于表面，待表面干燥后把缝隙的两边10mm处贴上50mm宽的防护胶带，以防施工中多余的聚硫胶把构筑物表面弄脏。

三、 把箱内1桶白色聚硫胶（A组份）与1袋黑色固化剂（B组份）充分搅拌均匀，直到无色差为止。

四、把搅拌好的聚硫密封胶用灰刀或挤胶枪填入缝内压实填满，再用≥10cm宽腻子刀把胶刮平。

五、施平胶后把防护胶带取下即可，24小时内应避免水冲雨淋。
