2.0.1 钢边氯丁橡胶止水带是在传统橡胶止水带基础上发展起来的一种新型材料，通过在橡胶止水带两翼设置两片钢片，可有效解决橡胶与混凝土热胀冷缩不同步的问题。

3 scope of application
适用于各类蓄水构筑物的钢边氯丁橡胶止水带完全变形缝和橡胶止水带变形缝的施工，也可为其它形式的半完全变形缝施工提供参考。
It is suitable for all kinds of water storage structures, and can be used as a reference for other forms of semi complete deformation joint construction.
4 工艺原理
4 process principle
钢边氯丁橡胶止水带在大型蓄水池结构变形缝或引发缝起止水、隔水作用。施工时通过模板的夹持与定位钢筋的协同作用，保证钢边氯丁橡胶止水带处于设计的位置。底板中与池壁中的钢边氯丁橡胶止水带应连接成一个整体，接头处钢板间采用铆钉连接，橡胶采用热熔连接的方式。施工中被钢边氯丁橡胶止水带分隔开的区块必须错开施工，如先施工A区块，则与之相邻的B区块必须待A区块混凝土成型后方可进行（如图4.1示）。整体成型后，池内外的水就被钢边氯丁橡胶止水带相互阻隔开来
