Temp-Coat® is an innovative environmental ceramic insulation and lightweight thermal barrier. It possesses superior insulating qualities for hot and cold applications and far surpasses old-fashioned "conventional" insulating materials. It has been installed in harsh environments for over 19 years withNOproduct degradation or warranty claims.

Temp-Coat® was first developed for National Aeronautics and Space Administration CUSA (NASA) as an insulating coating for the U.S. Space Shuttle. The unique insulating capacity of Temp-Coat® is a result of the intense molecular action of air within microscopic hollow glass beads.

Product Characteristics:

-        Product weight is 5.9lbs per gallon.

-        Stable in many hostile environmental conditions in temperatures between -30 F and +500 F.

-        Pre-mixed composite material of 80% air filled ceramic and silicon beads.

-        Beads are held in suspension by high-grade liquid vinyl base with acrylic binders.

-        Elastomeric properties of lightweight, pliable, expands and contracts with the surface to which it is applied.

-        It is impervious to mold and mildew anddoes not disintegrate.

-        ph of 8.2 and is water-soluble

-        It contains no chlorine, no VOCs and no heavy metals
