TDL External Thermal Insulation Composite System Based on Expanded Polystyrene
本系统执行JG149-2003标准,采用聚合物粘结砂浆以点框结合粘结方法将聚苯板粘结于基墙上,然后在其表面涂抹聚合物抹面砂浆铺压耐碱玻纤网布构成抗裂防护层,饰面应使用柔性耐水腻子和弹性涂料。该系统适用于不同气候区的混凝土和砌体等各种新建建筑的基层墙体,也适合既有建筑的节能改造。
This system meets the related requirements of the professional standard JG149-2003. The basic construction procedure is as follows: firstly, with unique adhesion methods, to stick EPS board on the wall substrates used by polymer adhesive mortar, secondly, to construct the protection mortar and press into the alkali-resisting glass fiber mesh to produce anti-crack and protection layer. Finally, the finish layer should be constructed with flexible water-resistant putty and elastic paint. This system is suitable for wall base made of concretes and bricking-ups in different weather conditions and for the renovation of old buildings.

施工工艺:
基墙处理→采用聚合物粘结砂浆粘贴聚苯板→涂抹聚合物抹面砂浆、铺压玻纤网格布→刮柔性耐水腻子→面层弹性涂料施工
Construction Process:
Prepare substrate → Stick EPS board used of polymer adhesive mortar → Apply polymer plastering mortar for external thermal insulation system and press into glass fiber mesh → Scrape TDL flexible water-resistant putty → spray elastic paint
