用 途：专门为钢丝网架外墙外保温系统开发的抹面抗裂砂浆，也可用于砖石结构墙体。

Function: Anti-crack mortar specially used to plaster the surface of the External Thermal Insulation System Strengthened with the Steel Wire net, also may be used in the brick or masonry wall structure.

产品介绍：采用专用添加剂，通过化学反应控制砂浆收缩达到抗裂目的。该产品粘结强度高，无泌水现象，抹灰后免养护，减少了工序，节约用水，提高工效。

Product Introduction: Uses the special-purpose chemical additive, achieves the anti-crack goal through the chemical reaction controlling mortar contraction. High caking intensity, no water seepage phenomenon, maintains exemption after the plastering, working procedure reduced, water used saved, and work efficiency enhanced.

包装、贮存与运输： 三复合牛皮纸包装，25kg/袋，防潮、防雨，存于阴凉干燥处，保质期6个月；按非危险品运输。

使用方法：

Usage:

1、按TDL-031：水 =4：1 (重量比)配制砂浆，使用电动搅拌器充分搅拌均匀，静置5-10分钟，再次搅拌即可使用，搅拌好的砂浆最好在2小时内用完，严禁将已凝固的砂浆二次搅拌再投入使用。

2. Mortar compounding: mix-ratio, TDL-031: water = 4:1, fully mixed with electric mixer, standing for 5-10min, and mixed again; it is better to use up mixed mortar within 2 hours; no hardened mortar should be used.

2、参考消耗量：抹灰厚10mm用量为12-14kg/m²。

注意事项：

Remark:

1、施工温度宜大于5℃ 以上，风力5级以下，避免雨天施工；在冬施情况下，应采用防冻型砂浆；

1. The favorable construction conditions: temperature >5℃, wind force<5, no construction no rainy days; frost-resistant mortar should be used in winter.

2、配制后的砂浆应在搅拌后2h内用完。禁止使用过时灰。
