水泥发泡保温板是指使用发泡水泥技术制造的建筑外墙保温材料，水泥发泡防火保温板，又称发泡混凝土保温材料、无机防火保温材料。是以普通硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、发泡剂、外加剂等为材料，经复合、搅拌、发泡、切割等工艺制成的轻质气泡状绝热材料，其突出特征是在混凝土内部形成。
