优点

“单组分”主要是相对“双组分”而言的，有一种双组分聚氨酯胶，在使用的时候需要将A、B组分，按比例均匀地混合才能起到粘接密封的效果；而单组分则直接使用，方便、简洁，施工简便。“湿固化”是指，单组分聚氨酯胶是利用于空气中的微量的水蒸气反应而固化，与基材表面的活性基团反应起到粘接作用。
