管片螺栓的常用表面处理有：热镀锌（热浸锌）、达克罗（俗称：锌基铬酸盐）、粉末渗锌、多元复合粉末渗锌等。管片螺栓表面处理的好坏至关重要。因为管片螺栓安装在地下，起到连接管片的作用。它所处的环境潮湿，容易引起螺栓的腐蚀造成生锈。所以，如果螺栓的表面处理未能达到设计要求，造成螺栓在使用过程中生锈等现象，腐蚀到螺栓内部后将影响到螺栓的机械性能及其抗拉强度。
