可卸式止水带是橡胶止水带的一种，为中间半圆或者圆型两边平板结构，中间半圆结构是为了伸缩缝变形时有较好的拉伸及压缩，关键点在于两这的平板，不是浇注到混凝土中的，是混凝土施工完成后，经开槽安装膨胀螺栓及钢板安装在混凝土表面的。可卸式止水带可作为后期补救的一种防水措施，若伸缩缝漏水，可后期补入一层可卸止水带，这也就解释了为什么可卸，若出现可卸式止水带也被破坏，可将原来的卸掉，再重新安装一层。
