伸缩缝安装注意事项

2出厂时，连接卡具仅为运输方便而设，缝隙并不是定位置。伸缩装置安装时，应在监理工程师的认可下方可进行。如设计文件上有规定，以桥梁设计文件所规定的为依据。
3伸缩装置吊装就位前，应将预留槽内的混凝土打毛，清扫干净。安装时伸缩装置顺桥向的宽度a值，应对称放在伸缩缝的间隙上，并使其顶面标高与设计标高吻合后垫平，然后穿放衡向的联接水平钢筋，将伸缩装置上的锚固钢筋与梁上预埋钢筋两侧焊牢（尽量增加焊接点与焊接长度，以延长伸缩装置的使用寿命），放松卡具，使其自由伸缩，此时伸缩装置已进入工作状态。
4完成上述工序后，安装必要模板，以防止沙浆流入伸缩缝内，然后认真用水清洗。在混凝土预留槽内浇筑大于C50的混凝土。浇筑混凝土时应采取必要的措施，振捣密实。
5砼初凝后，拔掉模板，及时清楚伸缩缝内及异型钢装胶带槽内的异物。
